Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital communications.
• Must submit writing samples and portfolio of previous social content created.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital communication strategies.
• Create and disseminate content across social media and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with 20+ city departments to develop creative strategies for initiatives.
• Oversee bi-weekly e-newsletter and resident emails.
• Produce videos and graphics for multiple platforms; manage post calendars.
• Monitor analytics and report key metrics.
