The role emphasizes maintaining invoicing accuracy to spoke stores, addressing shipping and inventory discrepancies, and minimizing shrink and payroll costs.

The ideal candidate will manage delivery routes, maximize efficiency, and ensure timely vehicle maintenance and inspections, while coordinating with store managers to cover routes

Responsibilities

• Oversee city delivery hub operations and supervise the city delivery dispatcher and hub delivery specialists.
• Ensure all products are invoiced correctly to spoke stores and investigate shipping/inventory discrepancies.
• Manage shrink, payroll, and expenses to maximize hub profitability.
• Oversee delivery routes, ensure adherence to schedules, and optimize efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Maintain organized hub area with areas/bins for each spoke store and ensure timely vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Schedule and supervise all hub team members and monitor clock-in/out per policy.
