• Manage shrinkage and payroll related to hub operations.
• Oversee hub delivery routes for efficiency and cost control.
• Control hub-related expenses to maximize profitability.
• Maintain organized hub area for spoke stores.
• Schedule and monitor all team members' clock-in/out.
• Ensure route coverage in supervisor absence.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and quarterly inspections.
• Provide performance feedback for evaluations.
• Ensure training programs are used for team development.
