Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a city delivery supervisor to oversee hub operations, ensure accurate invoicing to spoke stores, and drive route efficiency. You’ll manage dispatchers, investigate inventory discrepancies, and lead scheduling and training for drivers and hub staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise city delivery functions with accuracy and customer service.
• Coordinate with city delivery dispatchers to invoice products to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Ensure hub stockers check in and put up stock orders accurately.
• Minimize shrinkage and prevent theft and paperwork shortages.
• Oversee all hub delivery routes, maximize efficiency, minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving and compliance with delivery policies.
• Manage hub expenses to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
• Schedule and manage hub employees, payroll and coverage.
