Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years of citrus manufacturing experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Basic computer skills including touch screen use.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to production department on each shift as group leader.
• Ensure staff are trained, safe, and following food safety and hygiene practices.
• Report nonstandard conditions with corrective action recommendations.
• Relieve and assist operators as needed and promote safety.
• Complete shift paperwork and ensure compliance with CCPs and HACCP.
