Job summary

Sun Orchard is seeking a hands-on Blender Operator to manage ingredient handling for batch blending, including dry/liquid dumps and tank transfers. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to GMPs while supporting the quality team to ensure product integrity.

Responsibilities include operating CIP systems, maintaining equipment, and participating in safety inspections. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and SOPs.
• Attention to detail with ability to understand technical tasks by following GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipes.
• Dumps dry and liquid ingredients for batch blending and initiates/tanks transfers.
• Generate manifests for drums dumped and complete blending documentation.
• Conduct FIFO for all products and support quality inspections with the team.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs and quality standards and document information accordingly.
