Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in Springdale, AR is seeking a Blender operator to ensure proper concentrate blends meet specs. You will help maintain food safety and quality, under the QA Supervisor, in a dynamic production setting.

The role includes blending to customer specs, performing quality checks, and utilizing batch systems. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required with at least six months of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months manufacturing experience; Blender experience preferred.
• Proficiency in mathematics and unit conversions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret simple graphs.

Responsibilities

• Follow blending guidelines to meet customer specifications.
• Match color and flavor; weigh and batch ingredients.
• Perform quality checks (brix, acid, pH, sensory, color) and adjust as needed.
• Operate batch tanks using a touch screen and batch corrections.
