Job summary

STI is seeking an on-site Help Desk Analyst 2 to support Citrix and VDI environments in Franklin or Madison County, OH. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain remote access services, applying ITIL practices and ensuring system reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, operate and troubleshoot daily remote access technologies.
• Manage and support Citrix infrastructure and VDI environments.
• Ensure security and platform updates; design and implement platform security.
• Provide on-site IT helpdesk support at Franklin or Madison County locations.
• Assist in upgrading and updating system applications and documentation.
