Job summary

STI is seeking a Help Desk Analyst 2 to monitor, operate and troubleshoot daily remote access technologies with a focus on Citrix and VDI. You will administer Citrix tools and provide on-site support for Franklin or Madison County locations, handling server and desktop issues, and ensuring VDI integrity.

The role requires strong Windows 11 knowledge, Active Directory, and GPO experience, plus ITIL familiarity. Travel to on-site locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix and VDI environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory and GPO.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT operations frameworks.
• On-site availability in Franklin or Madison County, OH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, operate and troubleshoot daily remote access technologies.
• Troubleshoot Citrix and VDI issues and verify deployments.
• Maintain administration tools for the Citrix environment.
• Provide end-user support for Citrix infrastructure and services.
• Manage servers, desktops and business applications in the Citrix/VDI stack.
• Improve and adjust Virtual Desktop setup and security.
• Document configurations and changes for the VDI environment.
• Travel may be required for on-site coverage.
