Job summary

STI is seeking a Help Desk Analyst 2 to monitor, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot remote access technologies with a focus on Citrix and VDI. The role requires administering the Citrix environment, on-site work in Franklin or Madison County, OH, and potential travel.

The candidate should bring strong ITIL process knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPOs to support desktop and server infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have Citrix and VDI experience.
• Proficiency with ITIL and IT operations frameworks.
• On-site role in Franklin or Madison County, OH; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients or their own company Citrix systems, VDI and related technologies.
• Monitor, check and troubleshoot servers; provide solutions.
• Support and preserve the Virtual Desktop setup, including VDI and related components.
• Assist in organizing and managing business applications.
• Assess and respond to IT Helpdesk ticket increases.
• Improve and adjust the Virtual Desktop system and security.
• Upgrade and keep system applications up to date; document changes thoroughly.
• Strengthen apps, Windows Server, and the core OS.
• Provide technical assistance for servers, desktops, and services.
• Own the documentation for the Virtual Desktop implementation and operation.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO settings.
• Some familiarity with Chromebooks.
