Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix and VDI in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in ITIL and IT operations frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, operate and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI remote access technologies.
• Administer the Citrix environment and ensure ITIL-aligned operations.
• Manage Citrix/VDI servers, Active Directory, and GPO settings.
• Provide end-user support for desktops, servers, and services.
• Upgrade and update system applications and document changes.
