U-Haul International is seeking a team-oriented individual to join the Equipment Citations department in Midtown Phoenix. The role involves following up on tolls, parking and fine citations, locating responsible parties, and coordinating with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to secure favorable outcomes.

The position is full-time, Monday through Saturday, with 6am-6pm on weekdays and 6am-4:30pm on Saturdays, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Previous call center/phone-based work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations.
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties.
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes.
