Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division is expanding its Collective Investment Trust team in Oaks, PA, delivering trust services across alternative assets and retirement markets.

The role focuses on serving investment manager clients, coordinating CIT establishment and ongoing servicing, and driving process improvements with cross-functional partners.

Candidates should have a strong financial services background, project management skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, finance or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 8 years in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration.
• Understanding of Geneva, Investier, Investran, and/or InvestOne preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for investment manager clients during new business implementation and ongoing servicing.
• Assist clients with CIT or Trust related projects, with emphasis on alternative assets.
• Establish project plans and lead calls to coordinate legal, operational setup, and launch of a CIT.
• Develop processes to drive the business forward accurately and efficiently.
• Gather data and present client product developments to Trust New Business Committee for approval.
• Manage or assist with other CIT related projects.
• Collaborate with team to support our clients.
