Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Collective Investment Fund Operations to lead the operational infrastructure, administration, and control environment for CITs/CIFs.

You will oversee NAV support, fund accounting oversight, onboarding, trading and settlement, and service-provider management, driving process improvement and compliance. This leadership role requires deep asset-management experience and a track record of scaling operations while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset management or fund operations experience, with CIT/CIF exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS, and fiduciary governance.
• Experience with audits, transfer agency, onboarding, and trade settlement.
• Leadership of operational teams across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for a suite of CITs/CIFs, including NAV support and settlement.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, funds, sub-advisors, and platforms.
• Manage relationships with custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, trustees, and sub-advisors.
• Support audits, financial statements, and Form 5500 reporting.
• Drive process improvements and risk-control enhancements to scale operations.
• Mentor and develop operations staff.
