Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the enterprise information security program, oversee cybersecurity risk management, and align security practices with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

This role partners with the Risk, Legal, and Technology teams and provides executive-level guidance on controls, incident response, third-party risk, data protection, and strategic security architecture across our Texas markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a financial services or regulated environment
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations and interacting with senior leadership

• Develops and leads the Bank's enterprise information security program
• Oversees cybersecurity risk management, controls, and monitoring
• Coordinates regulatory examinations and audits with leadership
• Guides incident response, resilience, and continuity planning
• Champions third-party risk management and data protection strategies
• Leads security governance across technology and risk teams
