Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a CISO Senior Manager to lead the DSS HQ IT and security operations. You will direct NOC, Security Engineering, and ISSO teams, coordinating with DHS stakeholders and ensuring alignment with mission requirements and service levels.

You will manage complex projects spanning systems, networks, and cloud, ensuring secure, resilient operations with ITIL frameworks and continuous improvement. A DHS clearance and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundations with strong ITIL practices.
• Proven experience leading teams delivering mission-critical IT/security ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD and Top-Secret w/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for DSS HQ’s NOC, Security Engineering, and ISSO support teams.
• Coordinate with DHS stakeholders and ensure alignment with service levels and security requirements.
• Oversee IT and cybersecurity projects across systems, network, and cloud environments.
• Ensure ITIL processes are integrated with DHS governance for secure, resilient operations.
• Lead staffing plans to meet dynamic workload and surge demands.
