Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to guide cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. This on-site role in Pleasant Prairie, WI partners with executives to protect critical data and strengthen resilience for the growing organization.

The CISO will establish an enterprise security program, build teams, and oversee policies and controls to meet regulations while delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline's Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Define and drive the organization's enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
• Report on security risks, incidents and performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
