Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Security Administrator at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will manage security controls, strengthen resilience, and protect our North American operations from evolving threats through enterprise security best practices.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to design robust procedures, participate in threat operations, and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders to support secure and efficient business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT security operations experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.
• Security+ or CISSP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT security applications and systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational security objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and other business teams to design and implement robust security procedures that strengthen our security posture while supporting seamless business operations.
• Contribute to our threat operations program, including personnel support, policy enforcement and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Communicate technical security concepts effectively to business users, developers, architects and managers.
