Job summary

Uline is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. You will partner with executive leadership to protect data, strengthen resilience, and ensure a secure environment for our North American operations.

The role requires 12+ years in information security with 5+ years in leadership, expertise in enterprise security programs, and proven ability to drive security across a large organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
• Report on security risks, incidents and performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
