Job summary

Uline, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the strategic direction for cybersecurity and risk management. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to protect critical data and ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline's Security Operating Model.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams.
• Define and drive the organization's enterprise-wide security strategy.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Report on security risks, incidents and performance.
