Job summary

Uline is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the business. The role partners with executive leadership to protect critical data and strengthen resilience for North America.

The CSO will shape enterprise security programs, oversee policy and controls, and report security performance with insights to drive governance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for the Security Operating Model and vendor risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams with accountable performance.
• Define and drive the enterprise-wide security strategy based on objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Report on security risks and incidents with actionable insights to the executive team.

Uline is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the strategic direction for cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. Work with executive leadership and business teams to protect critical data, strengthen resilience and ensure a secure environment for our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
• Report on security risks, incidents and performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
