Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Enterprise Business Services Specialist (CISO Focus) to partner with the CISO function, translating complex security needs into clear requirements and actionable plans that align with enterprise objectives.

You will define MVP scope, contribute to the IT Transformation Roadmap, plan major releases, and coordinate with intake leads, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Translate complex CISO needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Map and optimize CISO workflows aligned to enterprise security objectives.
• Create user stories, lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery for CISO initiatives.
• Facilitate intake discussions, prioritization, and alignment with CISO stakeholders.
• Develop accurate requirement documents, functional specifications, and configuration support materials.
• Shape solution direction using knowledge of CISO operations and CF technology patterns.
• Plan and coordinate UAT cycles, manage defects, and validate readiness for CISO releases.

Responsibilities

• Support IT–Business integration for the CISO priorities and releases.
• Update the IT Enterprise Transformation Roadmap and plan major system changes.
• Partner with CISO intake leads to capture, refine, and prioritize requirements.
• Work with Project Managers and Delivery Leads to support solution planning and execution.
• Define MVP scope, inform release planning, and shape product direction for CISO-aligned initiatives.
• Apply functional knowledge of CISO processes to support solution design.
• Lead functional and UAT testing for CISO releases, including planning, script execution, and defect management.
• Serve as an escalation point for CISO application issues, coordinating timely resolution.
• Promote simplified, agile approaches that improve CISO delivery efficiency.
• Guide CISO requests through the AFS IT Intake Process by developing business cases and clarifying requirements.
