Accenture Federal Services seeks a Security Compliance Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day security compliance within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework. You will train teams, develop new processes, and partner with stakeholders to mature controls and reduce risk.

You will work across architectures, engineers, product teams, and security specialists to implement improvements and ensure audit readiness, with a focus on federal requirements and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or 10+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow is required.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST publications, and CMMC requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the department in financial audit practices and prepare audit reports.
• Gather and organize background information to plan audits and special reviews.
• Oversee the process to review exceptions to policies and standards with leadership.
• Lead kickoff, closing, and client meetings, presenting observations and conclusions.
• Assist in managing the annual certification process required by Sarbanes‑Oxley Act and other federal requirements.
• Lead or participate in control reviews to improve the control environment.
• Monitor the development of direct report(s), including coaching and training.
• Develop relationships with management to act as controls expert across the organization.
• Develop and present value‑added recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Work cross‑functionally with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and Security Specialists.
• Execute service reports and gather metrics.
• Document changes, enhancements, and lifecycle events.
