Vantage seeks a CISO to lead the enterprise information security program and align it with business goals across 19+ markets.

You will translate cyber risk into business risk for the CEO and Board, owning regulatory disclosure and incident response while driving AI-enabled security innovation.

The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader who can build scalable security in a growth-oriented, multi-region organization.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or related fields, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide security strategies, including regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Expertise in security technologies, threat intelligence, risk management, cloud security, network security, application security, and incident response.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global security teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills in complex or matrixed organizations.
• Experience in security governance, vendor management, budget oversight, and large-scale program implementation.
• Communication: translate cyber risk into business risk for CEO and Board; strategic mindset and business insight.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
• AI governance fluency and global multi-region leadership experience.
• Customer-facing security assurance with hyperscale/enterprise cloud customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the global information security team, including architects, analysts, engineers, and specialists.
• Oversee design, implementation, and monitoring of security programs, policies, controls to safeguard assets and infrastructure.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks, maintaining enterprise-wide risk visibility and reporting to executives and board.
• Partner with IT, legal, risk, and business units to embed security in operations and strategy.
• Lead incident response planning and execution, including detection, containment, investigation, and post-incident analysis.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and regulatory changes, advising on adoption or adjustments.
• Drive security awareness and training programs to strengthen security culture.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement for security programs.
• Represent the organization to regulators, auditors, partners, and industry groups on security matters.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; support business growth.
