Job summary

CorServ is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and continuously advance its information security program. You will own strategy, governance, risk management, security architecture, incident preparedness, and compliance across banking and payment domains.

You will partner with technology, security, and operations teams to build a risk-based security program, oversee third-party security reviews, and drive security awareness and education across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, security architecture, incident response, and operations.
• Deep understanding of NIST, PCI DSS, and SOC 2.
• Hands-on experience with data protection technologies and IAM.
• Experience with external auditors, regulators, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish a governance framework aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security risk assessments and prioritize remediation.
• Oversee PCI DSS, SOC 2 compliance activities and security training.
• Oversee security architecture across applications, networks, cloud environments, and identity systems.
• Own the cybersecurity incident response program and test plans.
