This is a high-impact opportunity for a Cisco WebEx Customer Success Specialist who thrives on delivering real value through technology adoption and client enablement.

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center solutions as designed by our Business Consultants. You’ll train customers to use and maintain their new systems during deployment and act as the central point of contact for any support cases. Working within contractual SLAs, you’ll manage escalations, coordinate with internal teams and Cisco as needed, and ensure clear, ongoing communication with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting tools, including SIP Logs, Webex Tracer, and Wireshark.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in deploying and troubleshooting:
  • UCCE and/or UCCX
  • CUCM, IM&P, CUC
  • Voice Gateways, ATAs, and CUBEs
  • Webex Calling (Auto Attendant, Forward, Pickup groups, Voicemail, etc.)
  • Webex Contact Center (Entry Points, EP Mappings, Business Hours, Flow Editor, etc.)
  • Webex Connect (Custom Node Queries, Webhooks, SMS, etc.)
  • Webex App/Devices

Skills & Requirements:

  • CCNP Collaboration certification
  • Webex Calling Professional certification
  • Webex CC Expert/Advanced certification
  • Proficiency across the Webex suite of products, including Control Hub/Messaging/Calling/Hybrid Calendar/Directory Connector/Webex Devices/Webex APIs
  • Cisco CUCM Dial Plan and Dial Peer experience
  • On-prem to Cloud migration experience
  • Microsoft SQL experience
  • Active Directory and Azure AD experience
  • Microsoft Power BI experience
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies
  • JavaScript, Pebble, HTML, and SSML experience
  • Multilingual Proficiency, preferably in French or Spanish
