Qualifications

In this position, you will manage the transition of projects from sales to delivery teams for clients migrating to Cisco Webex solutions. You'll lead the design process, ensuring all customer requirements are thoroughly documented and met during deployment. As the technical lead for the US team, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cisco Collaboration Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain Cisco collaboration solutions, aligning them with clients' business needs to improve communication and productivity.
  • Implementation & Deployment: Lead the integration of Cisco collaboration technologies into existing IT infrastructures, ensuring a seamless deployment and adherence to best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide support to the US team, troubleshooting and optimizing systems for Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and other Cisco solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Proficient in troubleshooting tools like SIP Logs, Webex Tracer, and Wireshark
  • Experience in deploying and troubleshooting:
    • UCCE and/or UCCX
    • CUCM, IM&P, CUC
    • Voice Gateways, ATAs, and CUBEs
    • Webex Calling and Contact Center
    • Webex Connect and App/Devices

Location:

  • 100% Remote with travel required twice a year

Compensation:

  • $115,000 - $135,000, plus a bonus based on gross margin
