Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of SA experience required in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide administration for Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related systems.
• Plan maintenance, updates and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations.
• Design and analyze dial plans and traffic routes for voice networks.
• Monitor voice systems for performance and SLA attainment.
• Support break/fix and changes to telecommunications systems.
