Responsibilities

• Provide planning and leadership for Circulation, STR, and Course Reserves service desk.
• Develop and update policies and workflows for Circulation and STR operations.
• Train library staff and create/update training manuals for desk procedures.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain STR laptops and technology inventory.
• Resolve patron issues, including billing and service concerns, in a professional manner.
