Lockheed Martin in Santa Barbara is seeking a Circuit Card Design Engineer to join the Hardware Engineering team at MFC. You will design, verify, and iterate CCAs powering missiles and sensors, collaborating with production, program, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include defining ROIC requirements, creating analog/digital blocks, timing analyses, lab testing, documentation, and liaison with CMOS foundries. Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a secret clearance.
You will be the Circuit Card Design Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team at Lockheed MartinMissiles and FireControl (MFC). Our team designs, develops and fields precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, delivering high reliability circuit card assemblies (CCAs) that power missiles, sensors and other mission critical subsystems.
As the Circuit Design Engineer you will ensure technical excellence across your assigned tasks, drive those tasks to successful completion, and keep stakeholders fully informed of progress and issues. You’ll work closely with production, program, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑schedule hardware.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Top level and circuit block experience of ROIC designs
Analog circuit design of amplifiers, current mirrors, and other bias circuits
Digital logic circuit design with custom logic blocks or with RTL behavioral design
Mixed signal circuit design of high speed digital blocks such as memory, PLL’s, analog to digital converters, digital to analog converters, and high speed serial transmitters
Transistor level layout mask design for CMOS ROIC circuit blocks
Linux C-Shell scripting or Cadence SKILL code scripting
Project management and coordination of engineering teams over product lifecycles
Understanding of IR sensor systems and their components
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00
