RTX is seeking a Product Manager for the Circuit Card Manufacturing area in Andover, MA. The role focuses on coordinating with manufacturing work centers and partners to ensure on-time integration of material and labor to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate will guide manufacturing activities, participate in program development from inception to close-out, and lead efforts across engineering changes, reporting to customers and IPT Directors.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with minimum experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Production, Program and/or project management.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES) and manufacturing tooling is preferred.
• CORE/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CCM schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, PPL, IPT and Engineering.
• Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and apply CORE/R6Sigma practices.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives for recurring efforts and new opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive program success and resolve barriers.
