Job summary

Chugach Electric Association is seeking a Manager, Compliance & CIP to lead enterprise-wide regulatory compliance and CIP programs in Alaska. You will govern governance structures, advise leadership on risk, and coordinate audits and investigations across NERC CIP, FERC, and related standards.

Role requires advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks, strong internal controls, and the ability to communicate complex requirements to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years in compliance, cybersecurity, operations, or risk management.
• Experience managing NERC standards, CIP programs, or RRC CIP cybersecurity standards preferred.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NERC and CIP compliance structures and governance.
• Develop policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Advise on CIP cybersecurity and physical security improvements.
• Lead audits, spot checks and investigations.
• Prepare reports to leadership and the Board of Directors.
