Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and city staff.
• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budgets, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned water, wastewater, drainage, transportation, park, and other infrastructure projects from planning through warranty to ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, work plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure contract compliance and city requirements.
