Job summary

The City of Napa seeks a seasoned CIP Division Manager (Senior Civil Engineer) to lead the Engineering and Capital Improvement Program team within the Public Works Department. You will manage eleven engineers and paraprofessional staff and guide the City’s Five-Year CIP, typically $15–$20 million annually, funded from the General Fund and Measure U/G sources.
