Job summary

Rancho California Water District is seeking a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Manager to lead the design, planning, and delivery of essential water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure in a growing region. From long-range capital planning to the construction of facilities, your work will influence service quality for customers.

A PE license is required; transfer within one year. A CCM designation is desired. Hiring bonus: $5,000 at start and $5,000 after one year of service.

Qualifications

• PE license is required; license must be transferable within one year of hire.
• CCM is desirable for the role.
• Strong leadership and technical design/engineering skills are needed to guide CIP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure.
• Oversee CIP program from long-range planning through construction.
• Develop and mentor project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

A PE license is required; out-of-state candidates must be able to transfer their PE license within one year of hire. A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is desired.

HIRING BONUS: $5,000 paid at start date and $5,000 paid after one year of service.
