The City of Napa seeks a CIP Division Manager (Senior Civil Engineer) to lead the Engineering and CIP Team within the Public Works Department. You will supervise a division of eleven engineers and paraprofessionals and guide project delivery in a dynamic municipal environment.

Formación

• Active California civil engineering license.
• Experience leading engineers and paraprofessionals.
• Proven track record managing capital improvement programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CIP Division within Public Works and manage a team of 11 engineers and staff.
• Oversee the Five-Year CIP program (~$15–$20M annually) and related projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments, outside agencies, and the community to implement priorities.
