Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Good communication skills.
• Must pass background investigation per policy.
• Able to work well with others and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals.
• Process consumer CIP exceptions accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts.
• Open accounts accurately and conduct due diligence for business accounts.
• Review and process application exceptions for online-account openings.
• Review consumer CIP information and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operations Specialist: may train and mentor new department staff.
