Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Department Manager to meet productivity goals.
• Process consumer CIP exceptions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts.
• Conduct accurate account openings and due diligence for business accounts.
• Process application exceptions for online- opened accounts.
• Review consumer CIP data and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• If applicable, assist in training and mentoring new staff.

Job Description

• Work directly with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals
• Accurate and efficient processing of consumer CIP exceptions
• Thorough due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts
• Accurate account opening and thorough due diligence review for business accounts
• Accurate and efficient processing of application exceptions for accounts opened through online channels
• Accurate and efficient review of consumer CIP information and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards
• Other duties as assigned
• Operations Specialist only: May also be required to train & mentor new department employees

Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
