Job summary

SAIC is seeking a CIO Services Task Lead to serve as the single point of accountability for the DC3 CIO Directorate, driving enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across DC3 facilities. The role demands a TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification, with onsite work in Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities include developing IT strategy, overseeing portfolio governance, cloud migration, and data strategy while reporting to leadership and coordinating with DoD and USCYBERCOM authorities.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience or equivalent
• PMP certification required
• Experience briefing CIO and CISO in large agencies
• 2+ years leading teams in government/private IT infra
• 3+ years in LAN/WAN, cloud, and security disciplines

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for the DC3 CIO Directorate
• Drive enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiative execution
• Align IT portfolio initiatives with DC3 mission and cyber frameworks
• Oversee IT architecture, cloud strategy, and data strategy
• Govern DC3 enterprise portfolios and reporting processes
• Optimize IT resource allocation and cost-benefit analyses
• Brief CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions
• Oversee orders from USCYBERCOM and DoD authorities
• Lead CI/CD with containerization and IaC
• Plan and migrate legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud
• Develop and implement data lake and modern data strategies
