Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the DC3 TABO Task Order supporting the DC3 CIO, AO, and CS Directorates. This onsite role in Linthicum, MD requires a TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification.

The contract covers IT infrastructure, cloud/hybrid architecture, DevSecOps, data strategy, AI/ML, and cybersecurity across multiple DC3 facilities. The PM will manage contractor personnel, communications, and compliance with the PWS, developing key documents and

Qualifications

• US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing manpower requirements for complex projects.
• Minimum 5 years of financial and performance contract monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM oversight of all contractor and subcontractor personnel to satisfy PWS requirements.
• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications using industry standards and proven methodologies.
• Track and document requirements and activities for continuous government evaluation.
• Ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with the PWS.
• Develop/maintain PMP, Stakeholder Communication Plan, and Risk Management Plan.
