Job summary

Foxhole Technology, LLC in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, seeks a CIO Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support to assist the CIO and leadership team with strategic IT and cybersecurity initiatives, roadmaps, and portfolio management. Onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangements with Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance are involved.

Start date is upon contract award. The role requires strong IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, data management, and resource planning, plus the ability

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading IT, cybersecurity, software, or data teams.
• Experience briefing CIOs and CISOs on agency-wide planned actions.
• U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility and Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact supporting the CIO and leadership team.
• Drive the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and align enterprise IT strategic initiatives, including portfolio and acquisition strategies and roadmaps.
• Ensure IT strategies and initiatives remain aligned with organizational mission and priorities.
• Adhere to applicable cybersecurity frameworks and requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute enterprise IT architecture.
• Oversee cloud computing strategy and support the development and execution of enterprise data strategies.
• Manage and provide governance for enterprise IT portfolios, including establishing well-defined portfolio structures and related processes.
• Implement clear reporting and communication mechanisms to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
• Optimize the allocation of enterprise IT resources and manage program dependencies through comprehensive, data-driven analysis.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support build-versus-buy decisions.
• Brief the CIO and CISO on planned, recommended, and directed actions to promote unity of effort and operational effectiveness.
