Job summary

Razor is seeking an experienced CIO Strategy & Enterprise IT Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership supporting the DC3 TABO program. This role will serve as a primary contact for the DC3 CIO Directorate, guiding enterprise IT strategy, architecture, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, portfolio management, and data strategy across classified and unclassified environments.

Location is Linthicum Heights, MD, and the role is fully onsite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
PMP certification required.
Experience leading cross-IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
Experience briefing CIO and CISO leadership.
Experience with DoD networks and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact supporting the DC3 CIO Directorate.
Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
Develop and maintain enterprise IT strategies, acquisition strategies, roadmaps, and modernization plans.
Support enterprise IT architecture, cloud strategy, and data strategy.
Provide governance across enterprise IT portfolios, including structures and reporting.
Oversee teams managing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and data lakes.
