We are seeking a Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator to provide temporary support during awards season, a period of increased screening activity, partner engagement, and operational demand.

Location: Burbank, CA (occasional support in Hollywood required)
Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week). Workdays and hours may vary based on screening schedules, events, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support for screenings and events.
  • Operate and monitor cinema projection and audio/video equipment.

This contract role is a great opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting screening operations and partner events in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

The Los Angeles area hourly range for this contract position is $30-32 an hour, which can vary if outside this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
