Job summary

Cinépolis USA seeks a Manager Assistant to join our Operations team at the Pico Rivera theater. This part-time trainee role provides exposure to people and operations management under an experienced manager, with opportunities to develop core managerial skills.

Ideal candidates have a background in a full-service restaurant, SERV Safe certification, and are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Reports to the General Manager and supports guest satisfaction and financial tasks.

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant background.
• SERV Safe & Food Handler’s certification required.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and learn managerial responsibilities under guidance of an experienced manager.
• Support interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assist with banking, daily paperwork, and company reports.
