• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions.

• Check tickets at theater entrances and guide guests to locations.
• Provide information about showtimes, amenities, policies, and general inquiries.
• Answer phones courteously and transfer calls as needed.
• Prepare food and beverages at the concession stand following safety guidelines.
• Stock concessions, napkins, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, restroom checks, trash removal, and general maintenance.
• Monitor crowd behavior and support crowd control procedures for safety.
• Conduct general inspections and report safety or cleanliness issues.
