• Assess renovation scopes and estimate repair costs with project stakeholders.
• Monitor local real estate trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Maintain accurate deal data, analysis, and records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support capital allocation and strategic decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
