Cintrifuse Capital in Cincinnati seeks an Investment Analyst to support diligence of venture funds and high-growth startups, and to source investments in the Cincinnati region. You will analyze models, markets, and competitive landscapes, prepare memos, and nurture relationships with founders and investors.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in venture capital or a venture-backed startup, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or finance‑related discipline.
• 1+ years of work experience in venture capital or a venture‑backed technology startup (college fund or VC internships qualify). Familiarity with software development, product management, or a relevant technical domain.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and business models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Support Cintrifuse Capital senior leadership on diligence of venture funds and startups.
• Analyze business models, financials, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Assess and track performance of funds in the investment pipeline (TVPI, DPI, IRR) and research fund managers.
• Prepare and present investment memos to the Cintrifuse Capital team.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, venture investors, and subject matter experts.
• Engage with the local startup ecosystem to drive deal flow and provide portfolio support.
