Job summary

The role covers financial statements, reconciliations, and collaboration with on-site teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Yardi; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries and cash receipts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and budgets.
• Perform account reconciliations for cash, receivables, payables, and accruals.
• Provide timely recording, reporting and analysis of financial information.
• Communicate results with on-site property management teams.
