Mesilla Valley Transportation in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Dedicated On-Site Account Manager who will be the primary contact for a key customer. You will supervise approximately 10-13 drivers, communicate customer needs, and address issues to maintain 100% satisfaction in service while ensuring on-time performance.

You will update systems via EDI, plan loads, monitor driver hours, and collaborate with pricing, sales, and account management teams to optimize routes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain network and operation.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for a key customer in Cincinnati, OH and supervises 10-13 drivers.
• Communicate with the customer and address issues to maintain 100% satisfaction.
• Update information into systems and ensure billing via EDI when applicable.
• Plan loads and monitor on-time performance to avoid weekend issues.
• Direct drivers and resources to maximize utilization and routes.
• Collaborate with pricing, sales, and account management teams.
• Audit load boards to protect service and reduce costs.
• Aim to improve on-time delivery, asset utilization, and monthly revenue.
