Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Two years related experience or training.
• Two years related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with customers to grow business and control costs.
• Acts as direct liaison between the customer and Maverick management.
• Maintains market knowledge of rates, lanes, and dispatch areas and partners on strategy.
• Manages multiple Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms daily.
• Aims for account profitability by developing KPIs with management and meeting standards.
• Overnight travel may be required.
